Perks are abilities and skills that each person is naturally born with, there are different types of these passive skills that can help increase a person's raw talent in the heat of battle or something that allows them to progress at an accelerated rate.
Rules and Information
- All character start with a total of 3 Perk slots
- Characters must pick 1 Life Perk.
- Characters must have 1 Talent Perk at the Start of creation!
- Characters must have 1 Ki Perk at the Start of creation!
Life Perks:
Life perks are perks that all characters start with at character creation. These perks play a huge role if/when our character dies. Characters only have 1 Life Perk slot that does not count towards the rest of your Perk Slots.Ancient Soul: Those with this perk can be reborn through a new life (New character) keeping all previous character techniques.
Afterlife Training: It's better than hell right? Your character has died, but this isn't the end of them. Your character can choose to either train on King Kai Planet or else where in other world! Should they be brought back with the dragon balls - they're Power level will be x2 the original amount when they'd died.
Hell Training: Your character must've been evil or done bad things to wind up in hell. Despite being sent to hell, your characters body has remained intact. Hell is no luxury spa, your character will fight every day to survive! If they're brought back to life with the dragon balls. You can expect them to have their original Power level x4.
Treasure Hunter: When your character dies, the next character you make can now roll twice for finding the dragon balls!
Unlocked Potential: Your character has died but they're spirit remains. If your character has reached a transformation before they died. The next character can take they're transformation. (Must be the same race as before)
Life of a Elite: Your next character will start with 5,000 extra in stamina.
Goku's Will: Your next character will gain +5 in both stamina and Power Level for each "Hero" mission they complete.
Frieza Will: Nothing will stop you! Not even death. If your character dies, they will be reborn with a cybernetic body; weaker but alive. Your Ki & Stamina will be cut in half by 2 (5,000 Divided by 2)
Vegeta's Will: Your character is more determined, your character will technique will start at Elite Class Tier II. In addition of a starting Ki Level of 10,000 extra.
Talent Perks:
Talent Perks are physical perks that add to our character's fighting style. Like being able to move faster or hit harder! These perks can change the outcome of battle!Keen Battle Sense: Your character does not need to be a saiyan to evolve through battle. Your character will now earn a extra 50 Points in Power Level for training threads. Takes 2 Perk slots.
Double Technique: Now at character creation, your character can now start with 1 more technique slot of the same rank.
Swift Movement: Your character can now evade more effectively, evading now takes 10% less stamina.
Increased Power: Your normal attacks are at low-class technique Tier I.
Mach Speed: Your character can move at the speed of Mach 1 which is 768 miles per hour. This speed is enough to create faint afterimages or even been seen as a blur. This does not count towards any Evasion.
Mach Combat: A variation of Mach Speed, this perk allows your character to attack and use Evasion at Mach 1 levels. Stamina Drain is now is 35% less of stamina.
Stamina Boost: Your character will now have 100 extra stamina points at character creation!
Harder Skin: Your character can now sustain attacks from low-class and elite class attacks. Meaning the attack will do 15% less damage.
Elite: Your character is a Elite, no matter the race they were born into. Your character will start with 20,000 Ki & Stamina extra.
Ki Perks:
Ki Perks are perks that deal with everything ki related. This include Ki blast, ki sense, ki charging, and etc.
Charge: Your character can now charge they're ki. This restore ki Power by 50%. (Can be used only three times in Combat Thread)
Super Charge: Similar to Charge, Super Charge restores the character ki full Ki level. (Can be used only once Per combat thread)
Over Flow: Your character now starts with a extra 40,000 in Ki Power.
Ki Conservationist: Characters with this perk can now save 25% of ki when using their techniques.
Ki Sense: Your character can now Sense others by 250 meters.
Ki Sense Mastery: Your character can now sense others by a range of 1,000 meters but for one time during a thread.
Charged Ki Blast: Your Ki blast are now consider that of a low-class technique Tier III
Monstrous Ki: Similar to Jiren's ki. Your ki will emit a violent heat wave when released from the body. Those around you will be stunned for a duration of one post.
Ki Perfectionist: Your character has mastered ki control. When completing training threads your character will earn 5x the amount when receiving ki rewards.
Everything or Nothing: Your character can now pour more ki into a technique to make it stronger than before. The ki will be doubled the cost.

Limit Pushing Perks are those that naturally allow one's body to gain a short boost of power for an extra push. These perks automatically take two slots.
Self-slaughter: When your stamina reaches 15% your character unlocks a hidden burst of power that sky rocketing the power of their techniques. All techniques will be consider the highest rank for a duration of three post.
No matter the cost: Even when your stamina has reached 0% your character will still be able to make one final attempt to either escape or finish the Job! Escaping will restore your characters stamina by 5%. Choosing to attack will put their last attack at the highest rank.
Unlocked Form: This allows your character to unlock the first transformation of their race before reaching the required Ki level. This can only be done when your character stamina and ki drops below 10%. Your transformation will now do 35% effect as it would unlocking it normally.
